Sums it up pretty good

City on Down by O.A.R.

Well, in the end, my friend, we will all be
together again Clutching onto my hand, in a
valley we'll stand, just living again And in a
while we'll smile, march on another mile On
hallowed hills, attached to the land we'll be
still No one's ever gonna say a thing And we'll
be together, together again Taking off to the
city on down Just a while ago my soul was
confused, amused at what it did not know Days
went by, and amusement cried, I decide to let My
soul fly on by itself , pick happiness up and
bring it back to the shelf We'll be okay one day,
in this valley we'll stay No more moving on I knew
it was right here all along Won't have to hold
your crown, no more looking around Just holding
you tight in the city on down Just a while ago my
soul was confused, amused at what it did not know
But days went by and amusement cried I decide
it's time, I got to move on now But I was so
scared I was frightened, somewhat enlightened So
I changed shoes Now I walk through a valley of
color much better than the other Way I did not
know, but now we can be united Miracle, miracle
sighted, and I'm pulling it in I know by now we
can all walk together at a regular speed Do you
dare to be excited , are you aware somewhat
delighted? Are you aware somewhat delighted? At
what you did not know Let's take it to the city
on down

I broke my butt

Yeah, you read it right, I broke my butt. Sunday in the final main event of the indoor season I once again found the soft stuff in turn two, and succumbed to the forces. What I initially thought was a heck of a charley horse, turned out to be a broken tailbone. Timing sucks, considering that we leave for Phoenix in a week and a half, but no worries. The great thing about BMX, we dont sit on our seats, I usually get yelled at if I sit on my seat.

Tonight I went and did some sprints in the church parking lot by our house. I got shut down pretty quick, some car pulled up and wasnt going to have me ride in the empty parking lot, nope, I guess my rubber tires were going to cause damage, and I looked like a damn hoodlum!
Haha, so I rode my roller in the mancave while watching a movie. Remember when you were a kid and your mom told you not to play with a certain thing in the house, my mom told me to ride my bike in the house, haha, I rule.

Strength

I just wanted to boast a little bit. It has been over a month since I have had a cup of coffee! You all know how big of a deal this is for me, and I feel like I have kicked the habit. I do miss drinking that sweet nectar of the earth, but not enough to drink it.
I pass the time with a cup of hot chocolate every now and then, but I don't see myself going back. GO ME!

Rise Above

For those of you that dont know, this has been my motto for years. Sometimes in our lives there are events or people that try and bring us down. But it is up to us to Rise Above and persevere. This drawing came to me via my brother, he had a guy draw this up for me .
The artist of this piece is Alex, you may have heard of him.

Quite Possibly

There is a good possibility that I am the worst blogger in the history of bloggers. I rarely update, even when I have good intentions to do so. Ahh well, whatcha gonna do? So another weekend is upon us, correction, another race weekend is upon us. Were off to the city of Salt for some BMX, and some cleaner air. Is it just me or does this winter seem like it has been the longest winter in history?
On another note, I am officially going to get a business license for Ageless. Yeah Im going legit. Im thinking about working it so I can write off every expense I occur in life, so that should be good.
This is a picture that has zero relevance to anything other than it was warm back then. I think this is from July of 2009, so that was like ten years ago (yes it feels like summer 09 was ten years ago). efffffff winter.
One good thing about winter is the indoor BMX season. So if your bored this weekend, hit me up for directions. If you dont have my number, well, thanks for blog stalking. I love stalkers.
